Inspire Inclusion Within Us

The theme for this year's International Women's Day  is “Inspire Inclusion”. 

How would it be for us women if we deeply included ourselves? How would that look like, sound like and feel like? 

How might our deep inclusion of ourselves enable us to reconnect with all parts of ourselves, especially the parts that we mask or move away from? 

How might our deep inclusion of ourselves resonate and inspire others? 

For this women’s circle, we will be dreaming together of what embodying inclusion in ourselves can be. We will be dancing to connect with all parts of ourselves. 

It will be 2 hours of sharing, reflecting, singing and dancing! Would you like to be part of it? 🥰

I have invited two amazing women to facilitate together with me:

Ana Maria Guguian - a movement artist, dance therapist and somatic coach. Her purpose is to accompany you in the quest of coming back to your body, senses and soul.

Yvonne Daher - a coach, mentor and consultant supporting founders, leaders in reconnecting with their purpose, power, and voice.

These gatherings will still be in a pay-what-you-can offering. Our wish is to encourage more women to be part of our intimate, and vulnerable gatherings and that finances is not in the way of being able to take part in it. We also trust that the system will hold us abundantly in this offering. ❤️

We start from the body, accepting with love and compassion every single part of us and then we open our senses to feel our emotions. 

We then let our bodies dance their unique dances, embracing our history, our shame and our sorrows until we light up our inner divine spark.
