Remember and re-member your cognitive, character, and cultural strengths.
We are often asked what is wrong, what is missing, what needs fixing. This work begins with a different question. What is already strong in you, in your people, in the way you do things together? And how do we weave from there?
Three threads, one cloth
Your strengths are woven
Inspired by T'boli t'nalak weaving, What's Strong With You brings together 122 strengths across three threads. Each one holds a different part of who you are, and together they make a cloth that is only yours.
Cognitive strengths
The warp
How your mind takes in, makes sense of, and shapes the world. 45 strengths in seven families.
Character strengths
The weft
How you show up, relate, and stay true to what matters. 42 strengths.
Cultural strengths
Color and pattern
What you carry from your people, places, and practices. 35 strengths.

Weave your loom for now
The online self-assessment is a quiet place to notice what is strong in you today. You sort strength cards at your own pace, and at the end you see your loom: the threads you are weaving with right now.
Strengths shift with capacity and context. A strength that feels far away this month may be close again next season. Your loom is a picture of now, not a verdict.
Private. Nothing you choose is shared. Download your loom when you finish.
For coaches and facilitators
You are welcome to share the assessment with your clients and groups, or to take it yourself first. It works well before a first session, as a check-in during a longer journey, or as an opening for a team day.
Sort into three piles
Often me, sometimes me, or not now. Each card describes a strength in your own words, so you respond to how it feels, not to a label.
Slow down when you need to
Not sure? Press Guide Me for gentle questions and a small story to sit with. Need a break? Pause and come back.
Meet your loom
Your strengths are revealed and woven into cloth, with practices and reflection prompts to take with you.
For teams and organizations
Lead with what is strong
Most of how organizations look at people starts from gaps: performance issues, skills to build, risks to manage. That view matters, and it is only half the picture. Teams thrive when they also know what keeps them well and what they already do beautifully together.
Salutogenic at the root
Salutogenesis asks what creates health, not only what causes harm. In a team, that means naming the strengths, relationships, and sources of meaning that help people stay well under pressure and intentionally building on them.
Grown through positive experiences
The HOPE framework, Healthy Outcomes from Positive Experiences, shows that wellbeing grows through relationships, safe and equitable environments, meaningful engagement, and emotional growth. Strengths work creates all four, in real time, in the room.
